Yes. We have our own in-house permitting department and typically pull all permits needed for the job, so you don't have to work out the requirements yourself.
Yes. Several of the projects in our portfolio kept the existing pool shell and rebuilt it with new tile, coping and plaster, along with the deck and planting around it.
Most Cayucos lots are close-in beach lots, not estate-scale acreage, so we size the pool and spa to the property rather than defaulting to a resort-sized build. A well-proportioned pool with a raised spa often reads better here than a larger pool would.
