What success looks like
We are looking for a Project Manager who can translate plans into field execution while creating a calm, confident experience for clients and crews.
Review plans, confirm scopes, prepare take-offs, and coordinate materials, approvals, labor, and equipment before work begins.
Manage crews, labor allocation, equipment dispatch, budgets, and daily progress to keep projects moving on schedule and to spec.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams, keeping expectations clear and resolving issues as they arise.
Oversee quality, code compliance, and field execution across masonry, pools, hardscape, softscape, woodwork, and site development.
