After more than 25 years of designing and building outdoor spaces, we finally have a place on the Central Coast where you can walk through the work instead of scrolling through photos of it. Come celebrate with us.

Two days, one open door
Come to one or both. Each day starts at noon at the new design center on Griffin Street in Grover Beach.
Day one Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
With the Chamber of Commerce
The Chamber of Commerce joins us at noon to cut the ribbon and officially open the doors. It is the short, formal part of the week and a good chance to meet the people who keep Grover Beach businesses running.

The yard is a working showroom: full-size walls of pavers, stone veneer and cladding next to the boulders and plants we install. Pavers read differently in coastal light than in a brochure.

A history in the industry
Long before Grover Beach, the company Terry Morrill founded in 1999 built its name in Los Angeles as Pacific Pavingstone and California Waterscapes. These are a few of the honors from those years.

We have collected a lot of industry knowledge along the way: what it takes to grow a design-build company, run in-house crews, and build hardscape and water features that still look right years later. We want to pass it on, to other professionals and to the people who will be leading this industry next.
In 2001 the California State Senate honored a California Waterscapes ribbon cutting in La Crescenta. This December we cut another one in Grover Beach. Come talk shop with us.

Host your event here
The design center is open for weekend events
We are opening the design center and its amenities for events on the weekend. There is a putting green, a fire pit with built-in seating, ponds and a stream with waterfalls, a paver courtyard and a covered entry, all lit for the evening.
Community gatherings, networking mixers, club meetings, birthday parties, team outings and fundraisers: we are open to all ideas. Tell us what you have in mind at the grand opening, or reach out any time.
