What to Consider When Planning a Thousand Oaks Outdoor Space
The Oaks Come First, and That Is a Good Thing
The name is not decorative. Valley oaks and coast live oaks are the defining feature of the Conejo Valley, they are protected by a city ordinance with real teeth, and on most Thousand Oaks properties one or two of them are the best thing in the yard.
